ZM Opt Notes

One click, all the account notes, ready for an Optimization Report.

Install (30 seconds)

  1. Show your bookmarks bar: Ctrl+Shift+B (Mac: Cmd+Shift+B).
  2. Drag this button onto your bookmarks bar:
ZM Opt Notes
Drag it, don't click it. Clicking here does nothing.

Use it

  1. Impersonate the customer in the ZenMaid admin.
  2. Click ZM Opt Notes in your bookmarks bar. A teal panel pops up and the notes copy automatically.
  3. Paste into Ivan's Optimization Report project, fill in the plan if it shows ?, and type Done.

GOOD TO KNOW It only reads, never changes anything. It stops if the admin session switches accounts mid-read. Anything marked Internal only stays out of the customer report.
